Caplets have changed in texture and are now ovals for better swallowing.

I notice improvement daily when taking for my thin hair. My skin has better elasticity, especially my face which tends to be dry. My nails have gotten stronger when used as directed. The new bottle the caplets come in now have a flip lid which makes it easy to dispense for use.

This is a product I don't want to run out of. I would recommend to anyone who has poor nail/skin integrity, and especially for women who have thinner/fine hair.

Recently ordered the 2 bottle. I received bottle with different labeling Nature Bountys Hair, Skin & Nails 3000mcg of Biotin Including: Antioxidants A&C ; Calcium and Vitamin D3. Tablets are lot smaller in size and their is no smell. I tried one week and noticed this is the first time I'm breaking out on my face and on my back and my hairs are falling lot.
Before, I never had any problems with Nature bounty Skin, Hair & nails 28 key ingredients. vitamins. It used to be large in size and had strong smell. something changed here. Currently switching to GNC.

This is the best product for my hair. I did see the result in two weeks. My nails and hair become stronger and they also grow faster than before. Love it. I will buy another one.

i been using it for 15 days and i havent seen any improvement and my hair is still falling should i stop taking it.

Stress, weather, and hormones can really wreak havoc on hair, skin and nails. For all of these reasons I decided to try the Skin-Hair-Nails product. I take it twice a day everyday and do feel that it is helping to strengthen my hair and nails and do not feel my skin is as dry as would be without the supplement, especially in winter.

I got these to help with my nail growth - I have nailbed psoriasis and when it flares, my nails break off and it's been hard to regrow them. These vitamins, along with Sally Hansen Triple Strength, have really helped with regrowth of my nails. I have also noticed healthier hair while taking them. More than that, my doctor recommended I take a low-dose multivitamin without the megadoses of vitamins a lot of multis can have. This is high in calcium and biotin but low in other vitamins and minerals like iron, and so I have found it's helped me boost my energy and feel more balanced. It's great as a general multi even without the skin, hair and nails benefits. Recommended.

You're supposed to take 3 of the pills a day. 3 made me feel kind of queasy, even with food, so I went down to 2 a day with food and had no more problems.

I don't really notice any improvement in my hair or skin, but my nails are super strong now.

I wasn't really concerned with the nails, so I'll probably stop taking it, but it's worth a try if you're interested.

It does actually work, it's just not amazing.

I use this product every night before bed. I think it has made my hair stronger and healthier. I will definitely continue to use it. It's priced right and worth trying...
