Most importantly, this product contains *magnesium oxide* which is inferior to and cheaper than *magnesium citrate*. If you want a quality supplement, look for one made with *magnesium citrate*. I have trouble swallowing these tablets. The bottle advertises, "Coated for easy swallowing," yet the tablet disintegrates the moment I take it with a drink of water, causing my gag reflex to kick in and I cough up all my pills into my hand. Gross!!
