They are easy to swallow, have no discernable taste and unless you stick your nose in the bottle they do not smell fishy. I had purchased it at a store in my hometown, then they stopped carrying it so I went looking for another krill oil that was affordable. This krill oil fit the bill, literally. I purchased 2 from here and I hoped for the best. What I got was the WORST! These pills are HUGE and taste like a mix of dirty fish and dirty lake water. So gross! My cholesterol level dropped to normal range. I do not like the large capsule, but taking one a day is better than taking three or four little ones a day. I changed to this because I couldn't find any with that dosage. I've been taking it a week and thankfully don't have the usual aftertaste. The size is manageable, and there is no aftertaste as long as you take the Krill Oil with food. Besides, the bottom line is that Krill oil is good for your body, specifically you heart and brain. Stop being spoiled brats!!! even if there was a little discomfort (which I did not experience) it's a small price to pay for a healthy body!!
