I have a VERY sensitive stomach and have a hard time taking supplements, vitamins and even Rx medications. I use NFP (natural family planning) but have irregular periods, so I really wanted to take Folic Acid regularly just in case I get pregnant. My doctor suggested prenatal vitamins, but the iron makes me so nauseous- so I turned to these supplements. No aftertaste, only one pill per day and NO nausea!

Have become severely anemic and was given red iron pills. Red or green, they are too harsh on my stomach. Taking Folic Acid with Vit. C has helped my blood levels. Because I couldn't find Folic Acid in [@] or other stores, this is the best place to get it. I only wish they made it in capsul form for easier swallowing.

I read an article that Folic Acid is the "Happy vitamin" which I have found to be true. I take it every day, and ordered on Drugstore.com b/c I couldn't find just simply Folic Acid in any of my regular stores or even CVS. It is a great product for those of us females who need to replenish our blood, and will help along with Vitamin C to build blood back. Everyone should take this!
