I was looking years ago for an E-oil I could use internally as well as externally. I had read that clear E-Oils have all the good processed out of them. The amber color of this oil indicates it has the right tocopherols in it and have not been processed out. I also love the price. This has a light lemon scent and mixes well on the skin or in smoothies or when used for baking and cooking. I'm a scientist by background and educational training through the University level, but not an MD (thank God). I've dealt with enough western doctors to know their limitations under their license. So much more is available when you get away from their thinking which the politics of the day keeps people from knowing. I've been using this oil for many years and pray it never leaves the market, for it was a hard find when I did my first searches for it back in 2004.

I use this product as a topical remedy for my skin. I also mix a few drops with my winter body moisturizer. It's a good way to nourish your skin. It does have a distinct smell but it isn't bad and it does fade away.

So i bought this at a drugstore, instead of on here. [...] I started using it on my face for my acne scars. They are really dark, and big, and I hate them. I would rather have pimples, instead of scars. Anyway, i love this oil. I am starting to notice a difference already. The scars are fading and peeling away. It has been 14 days, and it absorbs into the skin so well, and keeps it really sofe. I was skeptical about it at first, considering that I did not want to clog my pores, and then have more pimples in the end. But this was not the case. I also use it when i go out, under my make up, and it makes your skin glow, and make you look like you have an even skin tone.

I have been using vit e oil on my hair right after the shower to smooth my coarse dry hair. I also use a silicone smoother and some products for curly hair. Love vit e, also mix with my conditioner in the shower. Try it you'll love it.
