Had been using this for over a year. Was very satisfied, with no side effects. However, the last order I received was different. Both myself and my husband had reflux and fishy burps. I called the Nature's Bounty customer service line and they assured me that they had not changed their formula. However, I have noticed that my previous softgels were opaque in color, and these are more translucent. They have done something different. The customer service person sent me coupons for more of the product, but I am unwilling to try again, as I got burned on three bottles in my last order. Tired of being sick to my stomach. Will try another brand.

Taking 2 a day with food. No aftertaste at all. Rather large gelcaps, but no problem swallowing them. Remains to be seen if it helps lower LDL cholesterol.

I have taken these pills for a few years and had no problems. But the last shipment (two bottles) has something different about them. I've been having fishy smelling burps that I never had before. If Nature's Bounty claims nothing has changed, they're not being up front about their product. I'm going to find another fish oil product. These are not odorless.

I have no side effects. I take them because Omega 3s are supposed to help heart, etc., but I can't really feel any difference. I guess that's a good thing.

This is my second jar of this product, and I'm still finding that a) they're a little difficult to take because they're so large, and b) I get a little woozy after taking a couple. With that said, I definitely feel better/more energetic when I take these regularly. I've dealt with that by only taking these at night.

Purchased this product because the label specified Omega 3, and not Omega 6. If you get out of sorts and grumpy using fish oil, be sure not to take the 6. Taking 3 by itself took care of this problem for me.
