Very high quality product. Even the snap lid makes it easy to use. No smell and no taste make it easy to take. The soft capsules are small enough to take easily. I highly recommend it for those that do not like the smell of garlic, but want the great healthful value.
Take 1 capsule daily to promote health. When I get a cold, I take several per day. It appears to shorten the duration of my colds or help me fight them off completely. Gelcaps are easy to swallow, not much taste. Garlic is good!

I hate taking garlic because it won' t stay down peacefully! It burps up for so long, and it causes a feeling of indigestion and heartburn. These little gels are great; no burps, no pain.
