I take one of these in the morning and another in the evening, with food. Up until last week I was also taking Nature's Bounty Omega-3 Fish Oil 1000 mg Softgels at the same time. I wasn't sure which of them was giving me fishy burps. I suspected it wes the Fish/Flax/Borage, since I hadn't burped before adding them to my regimen, but I really wnated to love these combo softgels. Well, since discontinuing the Fish Oil softgels and going only with these, I'm still burping. Once I exhaust my supply, I'll go back to my previous regimen and get Flax and Borage from another source.

We've been taking these "essential oils" for decades, as they help with regularity and ensure we get enough fish oils, since we aren't seafood fans.

Omega 3, 6, and 9 oils are very beneficial for cardio and nervous system health. This pill has all three and derives them from many sources - fish oil, flaxseed, borage, etc. There is a much more expensive oil that I might recommend as an alternative, but to get these healthy oils in a pill form, this version is very affordable and good. I am not one to ask whether it makes me feel better or different. It is hoped that by taking this I can keep my arteries healthy and stave off genetic tendencies as long as I can. Taking a pill that has only Omega 3 in my mind would not be complete.

Well i tried by suggestion from my mother. She lost weght and so i tried it , but haven't seen any noticable effects just yet. Maybe i will keep taking it for other benefits and see if weight loss occurs.
