I add a scoop to some frozen berries and a splash of milk & blend for delicious smoothies. They're perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a quick snack, and keep me from being hungry for hours. I've added yogurt, peanut butter, Nutella, and even just plain water to the powder, and the results are always delicious. I've tried other powders/shakes in the past, and none taste this good. I use the chocolate variety.  Pros

I also appreciate that this shake doesn't have that fake sweet flavor. The flavor is mild, but mixes great with fruits, yogurt, milk, and even water, as directed. I use the shake when I can't fit in a meal, and find it keeps me feeling full for a few hours. Pros
