Wanting to take an Omega 3 supplment, I had to discontinue fish oil caps due to the fishy aftertaste. These capsuls are easy to swallow and provide Omega 3 without the fishy aftertaste.

I'm mentally ill. So, essential fatty acids are key to my health and treatment. I just switched from fish oil to Flaxseed oil. I love the end of fish burps! It is a little bothersome having to take 3 of these where I only took 2 fish oil capsules per day, but they are easy to swallow and so it really isn't a big deal.

I heard very good reviews and oustanding results from my sister and aunt. However, I went and purchased the product and have not been sleeping for two days . The pain and rumble in the stomache at night. Wow ! I think it's worse than labor pains. This is my reaction....you try it !

I ordered these because I detest seafood and was trying to go for the Omega-3 benefits. Less than 24 hours after taking one, I started having cramping stomach pain, nausea and diarrhea. My advice would be try a friend's or order a small bottle first to see if you have this reaction... it's not fun!

These Flax Oil Softgels are great. It really helps with headaches and Joint Pain. I used to have a headache every morning along with a dry mouth and as long as I take these every day I don't have any problems with either. This is a nice alternative to Fish Oil because I tried to take different types of Fish Oil and always broke out in rashes... I think I was allergic. I have recommended this to many people. It is really good for you.
