I chose taking these Flaxseed Oil pills because I read online that the Flaxseed Oil is an equal substitute for the same benefits as fish oil. I am very happy with these pills so far!

I'm mentally ill. So, essential fatty acids are key to my health and treatment. I just switched from fish oil to Flaxseed oil. I love the end of fish burps! It is a little bothersome having to take 3 of these where I only took 2 fish oil capsules per day, but they are easy to swallow and so it really isn't a big deal.
Combined with Omega 3 this keeps your skin beautiful and your arteries clean. I take 4 Omega 3 Caps and 3 Flax seed Caps per day with great results. Be good to your body from the inside out and your body will be good to you. Stay young from the inside out. Psychic Sandy

I ordered these because I detest seafood and was trying to go for the Omega-3 benefits. Less than 24 hours after taking one, I started having cramping stomach pain, nausea and diarrhea. My advice would be try a friend's or order a small bottle first to see if you have this reaction... it's not fun!
These Flax Oil Softgels are great. It really helps with headaches and Joint Pain. I used to have a headache every morning along with a dry mouth and as long as I take these every day I don't have any problems with either. This is a nice alternative to Fish Oil because I tried to take different types of Fish Oil and always broke out in rashes... I think I was allergic. I have recommended this to many people. It is really good for you.
