I have used liquid apple cider vinegar before to help with congestion and cold and allergy symptoms. Due to the nasty taste, I started looking for pills and found these based on the reviews. I have been taking them for about a month now and I have no allergy problems dispite the fall harvest time plus I have lost about ten lbs!

I work out 7-10 times a week, very health concious and am always watching what I eat. The only problem is I cannot control the amount, I will over eat on carrots and oatmeal! These pills have curbed my voracious appetite in a way that no other diet pill has. No headaches and jitters like I get from other diet pills. It's a complete miracle and I have started dropping weight quickly because I can eat 1200 calories a day and not be miserable!

I have heard load of good reasons for taking Apple Cider vinegar. Initially I tried to take a tablespoon in water with honey after each meal but it would make me gag so I tried the pill. Unfortunately these pills gave me horrible naseau and heartburn. :/ bummer

I read that vinegar was good for so many things, but drinking liquid, NOT something I could do so the tablets work good for me. They have helped me to curb my appetite. They helped me.

I really like this product. I have been eating better and less since I started using it. I have lost five pounds in a month, which does not seem like a lot to some, but it is better than gaining which is what I was doing before I started using this product. I also like the fact that it does not upset my often upset stomach.

I had heard some good things about the health benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar so when I ran across this in the store I decided to give it a try. I didn't think it was really doing much as an appetite suppressent until I tried switching to plain Apple Cider Vinegar tablets and I immediately noticed I was hungrier between meals. I've switched back to these and never looked back. The difference may all be in my head, but hey... whatever works, right?
