I am taking these once per day after dinner for my prenatal and they never give me an upset stomach. They are also relatively small and easy to take. I still hate taking pills but these are a great value and don't taste bad or give me problems.

These are great Vitamins! They don't upset my stomach no matter when in the day they are taken. Don't seem to have any other side effects. They contain more then the recommend of everything. Has a slight aftertaste but goes away quickly.
