I have no idea if it works but I've been taking it for about a year now. Hopefully its helping me stay young. giggle giggle. It does have antioxidents which are good for you.

I bought this at a Local Store and it was Tainted and mixed with several different kinds of capsules! Also, when I did use this brand in the past, it is not as effective as a real brand. No Quality Control!
