I've had horrid skin and i'm only 20 years old. I've been put on Accutane, Birth Conrol, antibiotics and have tried every single cleanser out there. Accutane did work but got severly depressed and it was the biggest hassle to get.
I picked up these supplement about a week ago and honeslty, my back and face has cleared up tremendously! Its crazy and i'm beyond happy and feel 100% confident now. Also my nails have been growing crazy. I haven't noticed my hair growing too much but then again I've only been taking it for a week. So we'll see what happens (: Highly HIGHLY recommend this product especially if it has been working on me.

This is the second bottle of this type of product. I took a different brand for a month and on my second month I'm using this brand.

NO HAIR GROWTH AND NO CHANGE IN MY NAILS. The other brand did (CVS) did not cause breakouts. This brand I'm hideous!! Three cystic pimples at ONCE and seven blackheads. I thought, maybe it was something if I just gave it time but, my hair has not changed at all. I take very good care of my hair. I've always had thin and weak nails but, they always grow super quick. No change in those either

This only works if you are consistent. It is a little difficult to remember to take 3 pills/day. My nails started to grow longer in a little over a week of consistent use taking about 2/day. Do not take it on an empty stomach. Can be used as a daily multivitamin. Packed with vitamins and things your body needs. They don't taste so great, but they work.

I started out taking only one pill per day as opposed to the recommended 3 per day. After the first bottle I realised a little breakout but didn't make much of it. The second bottle however, I started taking the recommended dosage (3 pills per day). I had the WORST breakout I've ever had in my entire life... I didn't usually have breakouts. I did realise that my hair was alot thicker however... but this is no good for your skin.

I really like this product. I just finished my first bottle and I have to admit that it took a while to see results, but my nails are much stronger and my I can see my hair getting healthier. I have to admit that my face did breakout but I increased my water intake and it went away. I'm really happy with my results so far.

This vitamin works! I have thyroid problems which causes my hair to fall out. I've been taking these for 14 months and within the last 4 months have noticed new hair growing. You have to take these for several months for it to absorb into your system, but it is worth it. Three pills a day, every day with or shortly after meals is the best way to take this vitamin.

I have been using this product now for about 3weeks. I have seen a big change in my nails they are much stronger and the color at the tip of my nails are white. I can see a little difference in my hair line, but I am hoping to see more soon. My skin is looking good also the color of my skin is lighter. The only thing that I dislike about the product is that I get diarreha real bad I am hoping that will change soon, but if not I will just take two instead of three.

There are a few with negative results; however, after just two weeks I see a HUGE DIFFERENCE. I am completely done with Acrylics! Two of my nails were completely ripped off of the nail bed while a manicurist was trying to remove them! Awfully painful! NTM, the embarrassment of Bald fingers. I was desperate to get my nails back, and into shape.

Now, my brittle nails have become thicker and have grown, and the two fingers have the nail coming back in... almost to the tip! :-) I originally could not grow nails to begin with, that's why I kept acrylics; never again! I also have noticed my hair is thicker, and my eyelashes are longer and fuller. I did get a couple of cystic pimples, that were deep into my skin; but it is subsiding, i can see a huge difference in my nails and they still have a long way to go.

I'M A TEENAGER AND I WANTED LONGER HAIR FASTER SO I DECIDED TO TRY THIS OUT, AT FIRST WHEN I READ THE BOTTLE, IT SAYS TO TAKE 3 PILLS A DAY BUT I ONLY TOOK 2 A DAY CAUSE IT WAS MY FIRST TIME TRYING SOMETHING LIKE THIS, JUST TWO DAYS AFTER I TOOK THEM MY FACE STARTED TO BREAKOUT A LITTLE. AS A TEENAGER AN OCCASIONAL FACE BREAKOUT IS USUALLY NORMAL, WHEN I DIDN'T NOTICE ANYTHING HAPPENING TO MY HAIR I DECIDED TO TAKE THE RECOMENDED 3 PILLS A DAY, ONE DAY. THE NEXT MORNING,I HAD THE WORST ACNE ON MY FACE, IT WAS THE WORSE I HAVE EVER HAD. I BEEN ONLY TAKING THE PILLS FOR LESS THEN A WEEK, AND IT'S NOT WORTH IT! I STOPPED USING THEM, I HOPE MY FACE CLEARS UP QUICKLY.
