I have my blood checked every six months and B-12 is the only vitamin that my diet doesn't get enough of, so I have to take this, but this brand tastes horrible. It's so bad that I couldn't finish the bottle and switched to another brand. I'm sure it works fine but it's not worth the daily aggravation to me.
Wow these are soreda like drinking a whole pot of coffee! Whoa! Have to break them in half too much for me. Next time I will buy a lower dosage. They taste like candy too. Nice!
Because I had a gastric bypass it is essential that I maintain a high level of Vitamin B12. My doctor checks my blood level for B12 every 6 months and since starting this med it is always very high.
