In between my highlight appointment with my hair stylist, I started taking these vitamins. I had been taking Biotin as well, 5000 mg twice a day for a long time. Once I added these, my hair grew a full 1/2 inch longer in 6 weeks time. I had to shorten my next appointment to 5 weeks. I also noticed my eyebrows got thicker!! This stuff really works! I am 49 years old with shoulder length hair and noticed my hair was getting thinner after my hysterectomy. Don't hesitate, these work!

I love love love this product! it has significantly helped my hair regrowth...which has been a struggle for me in the past years. I have been taking these vitamins for about 4-5 months and I must say I see wonderful results!! Don't stop taking them if you don't see results right away! It takes time to sink into your system. This vitamin is a must for me and will buy again and again!

This product has really helped my thinning hair. I would highly recommend it. The only con is it's a bit rough if you take it on an empty stomach. Otherwise, I will continue to take it on a permanent basis.

This pill was too big and difficult to swallow; quite bitter. Took for 3 days and upset my stomach quite a bit. Have not finished and probably will not.

Hello,

I began taking this with my multi-vitamin and everything seemed fine. Then, to my surprise, my skin started to feel a burning sensation and became very hot. This lasted about a hour before it went away. I thought perhaps I had gotten too much Sun, but when this happened another time and then another, I became very weary. Finally, I took only this pill (canceling out this being caused by my vitamins) and the burning reoccurred. Perhaps it's just me, but apparently I am allergic to these pills. If you have sensitive skin, as I do, I don't recommend this. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to know if this did anything for my hair, as I had to stop taking it.

I've been experiencing sudden, stress-related hair loss and thought this would be worth a try. I certainly wasn't expecting miracles, but I'm almost through my first bottle and haven't noticed any change whatsoever. I haven't even had any increased softness or manageability like others have reported. It obviously is working well for some people, but apparently not for everyone.

I've only been using this product for the last 6 days, and already after the 3rd day I noticed I had less hair falling. So I definitely intend to use this until I consume the entire bottle. But I think I will continue using this since it has in such a short time - proven to be efficacious.
