I was on the treadmill and I was so focused and I couldn't go fast enough! I thought, "This stuff is great!" But then I took 2 more this afternoon as instructed and something completely different happened. Right now I'm on a complete downer. I have a headache and I feel sick, and all I want to do is sit in one place and not move. I'm also too jittery to sleep. And I haven't eaten anything in a while because I have absolutely no appetite. All-in-all, I don't really know if this product works or not. I know it gives me crazy energy though if I take it in the morning. So I will take it before I go to the gym from now one - and only once a day until my body gets used to it. If I can stay focused at the gym like I was today, I know I'll reach my weight loss goals. No matter how hard you try, what foods you give up, how many extra crunches you do, you just can't lose those 3 or 4 pounds. XtremeLean to the rescue. I take one before breakfast and then 2 before lunch. It really gives me energy, the only downside is that if I didn't work out hard enough I tend to get the shakes. I wouldn't say this curbs my appetite, If anything I think it makes me a little more hungry. I have lost 4 lbs. since taking this so I guess that's a plus. Pros

I have used all kinds of diet and energy pills but nothing ever worked until I started using this product. It really does give you energy and makes you not eat as much. I've taken 3-4 days a week for the last 4-6 weeks or so, wanted it to help me get going on workdays and try to hold me back from all the donuts and cookies that show up at work each day. Some days It perks me up a little to start and keeps my snacking in check easily and other days no effect whatsoever ... probably 50/50. Just getting older and learning I can't eat all I want anymore without wearing it and this does help half the time, for the cost it's well worth it. Compared to the much more expensive items I've tried, and no others worked at all, this is more effective and cost way less. I don't know if this is enough to help you LOSE weight, but doing well at helping me maintain. I've had no side effects at all. |
