I spray this on my arms, back, and chest after I get out of the shower and before I go to bed. I usually use an exfoliating pad to prep my skin. Although results have been gradual, I am happy with how much my skin has cleared up since I've started using it. Also, I have been drinking green tea with honey every day for the past two weeks and that too has had a significant impact on my skin! Natural products like Nature's Cure are the way to go!

recently having acne on my upper back, right behind my neck, which so bothers me- spray this after shower and I definitely can feel that acne is going away. slowly but it for sure works!

I have suffered from "exercise induced" acne on my back and chest for years and this is the ONLY product that clears it up! I actually spray it on pretty much every day as a preventative measure. You will not be disappointed with this product.

I realize that everyone's skin reacts differently, so this product may not work for everyone, but it definitely works for me. I think it's worth a try!
