I was very skeptical after reading all the good reviews and thought my problem might be too severe but ive been using this for about 2 weeks now and havent had a breakout on my back since, im still amazed i havent had a flare up and my back is clear. I will continue to purchase this and hope they continue to make it. Spraying a mist on your back is much easier than trying to rub cream on yourself or using body washes that dry out the skin too much. It will be nice to actually go swimming again this summer and be able to go shirtless, something i havent been able to do for years. Thank you drugstore.com for carrying this product. The first week I started using the product on my back acne I saw results. My acne started to decrease in size. I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and my acne is not completely gone but is has definately decreased and now I'm more confident about wearing a bathing suit and tank tops. It takes time to work, but for me is worked so you should try it out for the price. I just ordered some more bottles online from here. I have had acne on my chest, upper arms and back since high school, and I haven't gotten to wear a tank top for the past summers, and the one time I had to wear a backless dress for a wedding, I had to have my mom put makeup on my back!! How embarrassing!! I have tried everything for my body acne -- proactiv, oxy, etc. I also have gone to dermatologists on numerous occasions. I'm also in Iraq and this dusty hot environment caused severe back acne where my sports bra covers. Within a couple days of using this product, my back began to clear up. I use it after I shower and before I go to bed. In the past 5 months that I've used this, I think I've had 3 single breakouts. And each of those went away in 2 days after I used the spray directly on it. The only negative was that it didn't work on my neck (under chin). But I believe this is because my neck is exposed to the elements and is constantly sweaty and dirty. I absolutely recommend this product to anyone who has bacterial cysts and severe body acne. If you think the price is high, it is well worth the cost. Pros

It is so easy to use and can spray in any direction to reach your entire body. I used it every morning and night before bed during the summer and now use it after workouts.
