This has definitely helped me see results within the first week. The acne on my forehead has basically vanished and i still get occasional break outs but with the use if this and the cream twice daily, it prevents the pimples from completely coming out and makes the bumps very small. My forehead used to look like sandpaper, and now its soooo smooth! I use this everyday, 1 in the morning, and one before bed and apply the lotion everyday as well all over my face. However the major con that I have is that it doesn't seem to be improving my acne scars yet, but hopefully I'll see results with that later on, and besides, at least its helping with the pimples itself, which is very important. I am 31 years old and I have had acne (various kinds) since I was 19. I have used almost everything that I can get my hands on to cure my acne and have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on products and treatments with little success. While this product has not cleared up my acne completely, my skin looks 80% better than it did - I have not changed any other habits that would make have an affect besides trying this product. The pills are so easy to take, do not taste bad and I have suffered from zero side effects. Please note that I have problems swollening pills (not sure why) and I am very sensitive to medication. Since I haven't found anything else that works as well, I plan to continue taking this product. However, I only take the pills and do not use the cream, as I already have a spot cream that I prefer. It did take about 4 weeks for this product to start working; however, I'm pretty happy with the results and continue to use my own spot cream less and less. It helped tremendously and made my skin smooth and glowy. It also helped a little bit with the scarring. The reason I continue to use it today (now a young professional in my mid-twenties) is because it's great at keeping body acne at bay as well as facial acne, and it helps my skin look and feel healthy. The cream is gentle and effective on sudden breakouts. I would recommend this for teenagers through adults! I only wish they still sold it in stores!!  Pros

My skin does feel a little itchy but I may be using too much of the BP gel. The gel dries up my finger when I apply it so I know it's drying up my face, too. I will continue to order this product because it really cleared up my acne, which makes up for the itchy skin and inconvenience of shipping it. Pros

I think that my regular explosions subside quicker but other than that it doesn't provide the preemptive solution that I was hoping for. I still experience those monthly breakouts just as much as before.I have noticed that the acne on my forehead and the upper half of my face have little to no acne, but I believe this is just part of me getting older(i am 20). I've used it for almost three years. It's much better than Proactive. If I take the pills everyday, I don't have cysts. When I stop taking them or cut back, the cysts come back like clockwork. (These cysts are so bad they cause scarring, and I don't get them anymore if I take the pills.) I didn't use the cream much at first, but then began to use it all over my face at bedtime and/or in the morning and it has improved the texture of my skin with the aloe and keeps my mild topical acne clear. Unlike other benzoyl peroxide treatments, my skin does not get red and irritated. This product is hard to find in stores, and thank goodness it can be bought here. Thank you! Pros

After the first two weeks, I did notice that my skin was softer and clearer. However, after the first month, it didnt seem to be working as well. I dont think this product does much when it comes to acne but I will continue to use it because it did do something for my skin overall. It balanced it out. I have combination skin and since using it, I find that I no longer have an oily t-zone. I use the vanishing cream on pimples that just wont go away. It does help minimize. Pros
