Last year I went through a lot of ups and downs with my health and my hair took a beating. I lost about 50% of it. I finally got tired of it and bought an expensive loss prevention shampoo from another site along with some all natural/vegan b complex vitamins. the 2 combined seemed to do a good job and after 5 weeks or so i noticed an improvement and slowing down of the hair loss. however, the shampoo left my hair dry and it's conditioner counterpart didn't get great reviews so i decided to give this nature's gate product a try. i wanted to steer clear from shampoos with mostly chemicals in them. this conditioner works great with the shampoo! between the shampoo/conditioner and vitamins i barely lose any hair compared to last year and it's an improvement over how much i would lose before all the health issues (mostly pregnancy related which wreaked havoc with my hormones). this shampoo smells great - not too strong - but it does have a strange texture when i put it in my hair. it feels a bit gritty for some reason. out of the bottle it's fine but in my hair it feels a bit rough but it works great. my hair is softer now, easier to comb through with no tangles. i will definitely be purchasing this again.

I really love this shampoo & conditioner combo. This conditioner is thick/creamy in texture and has a minty smell. For about a month, I was experiencing a more than usual amount of hair fallout in the shower, so I decided to try this and have not been disappointed! It rinses clean, leaving my hair lightweight, silky and super shiny. Not only has my hair loss went back to normal, my dry scalp is benefiting too, which is a plus!

This shampoo is made for those of us with thinning hair. If you want great gobs of lather then this isn't the shampoo for you. But if you want something that makes your thinning hair feel a bit thicker, and is helping to promote growth, then this is the shampoo you should consider.

I was looking for a natural product with no artificial fragrance because I have sensitive skin and am allergic to fragrance. I like this conditioner, but it doesn't or condition as well as I'd like.

Okay conditioner but won't buy again. I saw improvement in my hair but with that I also notice my hair becoming greasy and hard to style.

I noticed my hair was thinning and asked my doctor what I could do about it. She recommended I take a Biotin vitamin supplement. At the same time I started looking for a new shampoo and conditioner. Having Biotin in the shampoo and conditioner was why I decided to try it. Both my daughter and I are using it and we love it.

I've tried lots of conditioners, and bought this after a too-short haircut to try to make it grow faster. Silly, I know, but at the very least I thought the biotin would strengthen my hair and make it more healthy. I don't know if my hair's healthier, but I do know that every time I use this conditioner, my hair looks really bad. It looks greasy, it's weighed down by the product, and it's nearly impossible to style. Whether I use a little or a lot, rinse it out quickly or leave it in, I get the same unappealing result. At least it's not a huge investment (you get a lot for the money), but if you decide to try it, do so when it's OK if you have a bad hair day.
