The products have a pleasant minty odor and my hair loss is slowly decreasing. They also leave my hair soft and shiny. Your customer service is excellent , and the prices are very reasonable. This product provides strength to weak hair when used regularly. Best when alternated with moisture rich shampoos. Not a clarifying shampoo. As such, not as effective on hair that has a lot of product build up.

Comments about Nature's Gate Biotin Strengthening Shampoo, 18 fl oz: I have thin, fine hair with a slight wave to it. I keep it cut fairly short. I am 55 and don't color my hair. I have noticed as I've become older that my hair is a little frizzier and looks ratty if not combed alot. I have used this shampoo and the conditioner for at least two weeks. So far there is maybe less frizziness but otherwise I don't notice much difference. The shampoo itself is fine, lathers well and smells ok. It doesn't leave my hair feeling or greasy or heavy. While I don't really expect a shampoo to make my hair thicker, I was hoping it would help with the uncombed look. Its possible it hasn't been enough time. I would still recommend trying it as everyone is different and its good enough as a shampoo.

This product made my thinning hair worse and after applying the shampoo and conditioner and following all the directions, my hair looked worse. I used it for a week and just couldnt take it anymore. I moved back to avalon which works alot better but isn't the best either. Pros

It has a nice minty scent that is very slight and not offensive at all. After washing this off, your hair might feel a little stiff but all you have to do is apply any conditioner right after and it will feel so soft and very thoroughly cleansed! I love that its all natural and the price is unbeateable! Would highly recommend to anyone

For about a month, every time I showered, my hair loss got worse. With some research, I stumbled across this and decided to give it a try. I've been using this for about two weeks now and it's made SUCH a big difference. After my shower today, I noticed that my usual hair loss is back to normal. It's improved the look and feel of my hair, even the dryness I get in my scalp. It lathers well for me and is really gentle. This has a minty smell to it as well. The conditioner is phenomenal. I will buy again!
