Of late I have been trying to find the gentlest shampoo so that I won't need a conditioner but when I was overcompensating for harsh shampoos with conditioners, I tried this product. As a "non medicated" sensitive scalp/dandruff/etc conditioner, it's totally ineffective but anything with tea tree is usually at least pleasant to apply, even if after rinsing you discover, as I did, that the product is basically useless as a therapeutic aid.

I like the smell and texture, but my hair type changed after pregnancy. It may have worked well on my hair before, but if you have very dry hair or hair that is easily tangled, you may want to see out another contitioner.

Thank you to Nature's Gate for taking out the parabens! If you buy this product else where be sure to read the bottle, their old formula has parabens in it (I made the mistake). This is the only natural conditioner that my husband will use, so it passes the test. He is much pickier than me. Neither one of us have dandrif issues, so I can't rate it for that. As far as smell goes we both like and use it. It's not too heavy. Leaves hair soft. Good for the whole family.

I got this free. I threw away my B&BW conditioner after using this a few times. I have fine hair that gets oily easily. This conditions perfectly. My hair does not get oily within a short time like with many hair products. gives my chin length hair body and shine (smells nice too). YAAAY!

I have fine, thin hair. I worked well to help with tangles after shampooing.

As a conditioner, I have tried better but I still approve of this products tea tree oil smell.
The smell is not too strong. What I do not like is that the conditioner lacks in giving my hair the luster that most conditioners achieve. The result is a little bit too similar to the cheaper brands like suave. There's no damage, but at the same time I don't see too much of an effect.
As for the product claiming to "cool the scalp" I wouldn't know because I have long hair.
My boyfriend seems to like it so I guess it gives the scalp benefits. But for giving the hair visual shine or added softness, the product fails.
I would recommended this if you are interested in scalp attention.

I;ve been trying to find a good all natural conditioner that leaves it soft and manageable almost like a trditional mainstream conditioner without all the nasty chems.After trying a few I received this one [...] and it is the moist amazing one I;ve tried. Light and natural, leaves my hair so soft and manageable. Smells great too and it feels nice.

Got this as a freebie, and love it! I use this weekly on my fine hair and it conditions without weighing down or leaving buildup.
