The great thing about this product is that it works. No wall to wall carpeting at our place, but we do have area rugs and runners. My dogs typically only have an accident when it's my fault, as I sometimes walk away without replacing a wee wee pad, and they of course, need to find an alternative. My method is a bit unorthodox in using this product, but I find it works best. I soak up as much as I can of the "offense" and then saturate the entire stain until it runs right through. After that, I put the carpet or runner out to dry naturally. There's never a hint of stain or smell after that. The proof is when my dogs don't go back to that spot, even to take a sniff. It's powerful, and it's effective.

Adopted a new dog about a month ago who had never lived in a home situation. This has helped immensely in training him. He doesn't repeat going in a place we've used this.

I have 2 small dogs, a shih tzu and a yorkie. The shih tzu is older, and well trained. She goes outside to do her business. The yorkie, however, is still very young. He uses "puppy pads" most of the time, but very often his aim leaves something to be desired, and he misses the mark. This product is the best I've found for cleaning his "misses". Has a fresh smell and is easy to use. I definitely recommend it for cleaning up after small dogs who live indoors.

Having run a cat rescue, I can attest that this stuff is the BEST by far in both cleaning up messes AND leaving no odor behind, so temptation to use the same spot is totally gone! It is far superior to any other solution on the market.

We have a 5 month old puppy that still has accidents. This stuff works awesome on our carpet. I put it on the spot, let it dry then use my steam cleaner. Spot and smell is gone. I also used it on my sons bed when he peed the bed. Worked great. I also used it on laundry stains. Awesome product!!!

this is a harmless product for both me and pets..it takes the odor away and it doesnt take a whole lot..i live this product and have used it for the last couple years. it also works on human mistakes as well with no harm, or harsh effect

Most effective product we've found at minimizing/eliminating pet odor after accidents. We used it for several years when living in NYC and have not been able to find anything that even comes close in the UK. I hear it's also good for taking non-pet stains out of upholstery, although we haven't used it for that.
