its easy on the stomach - uses whole food sources so body and absorb vitamin most efficiently, and has papaya extract to keep you regular / balance the iron in it -- very important in pregnancy. Ive tried a number of others- whole food based, organic, and otherwise-- and this one makes me feel the best.

Just started taking this multi-vitamin so won't know how effective it is for a few more months. This multi-vitamin was recommended to supply better nutrition than a regular multi-vitamin. I'm not taking it because I'm pregnant or trying to get pregnant.
