Didnt get to use this product bc I later realized it contains titanium dioxide as an ingredient. Its a metal that is often used for color.It's shame since all the nutrients are benefical but I'd rather not take a vitamin with an ingredient in which research has proven to POSSIBLY cause certain types of cancer. Guess I'll stick with the Womens RA multi I used to buy here. No artificial additives, preservatives or color...the less questionable stuff I can put in my body, the better for me !

These are hands down one of the best vitamins ever. It's wonderful that they are capsules which are easier to digest than tablets and contain all of the wonderful Omega oils needed for a woman's body. I certainly feel the difference when I take these and when I forget to take them (which is why I seldom forget). If you have been looking for a good multivitamin to try this is definitely a MUST. My skin is smoother, softer and my overall health is improved.
