I bought these for my husband after he finished his bottle of one a day men's multivitamins. Honestly. Nature's way's alive is so much better! The ingredients also support eye health so I didn't have to order a separate supplement for his computer eye strain. My pharmacist reccommanded taking it in the morning for it to be in the system all day. He sure does feel good after long hours of being at work.

I searched a long time for a suitable vitamin for my husband. This one seems to have everything in it, and not too much or too little of dosage. Like that the sources are natural and not synthetic too. Pleased.
