I am 46 years old and love this product. I have tried other multi-vitamins and nothing compares. There are a few out there where you are required to take three(3) pills a day or a packet. This is so easy to use, just one and done. After using the product for a few days my energy level has improved. I am very active, I work out four times a week and this product gives you that extra edge. If you are contemplating on buying it, just go for it. The same product sells for a little more at your local health food store. Compare ingredients from other multi's and you will see why this is such a great deal.

Tired of all the chemicals out there hurting our aging bodies. Keeping it all natural as to taking vitamins or any other supplements. After taking Alive "ultra" multivitamin daily, I noticed a natural increased energy. After taking it for 2 weeks now, I have noticed a change in mood as my body responded to the multivitamin with increased stamina and an overall good feeling. Will continue taking it.
