This vitamin/vegetable supplement is large and contains Iodine and Ubiquinol. It is a large tablet and hard to swallow. Had an allergic reaction, am allergic to shell fish and iodine. Would not suggest anyone take this that has an allergy to shell fish. Discontinued use after 2 doses due to the allergic reaction to this Vitamin/Supplement!

I'm borderline anemic and have trouble swallowing so I only want to take one vitamin. Alive is great because it's one pill and gives me decent amount of energy without taking additional vitamins. I have thrown out all the other supplements I've tried in the past that never worked. I take it mid-morning with snack and it gets me through the afternoon (without additional caffeine).

I love the variety of natural blends that this vitamin contains. The only drawback is that the pills are large so they may be difficult for some folks to swallow. So far, that's not been a problem for me and I'm glad I only need to take them once a day. They're a little more expensive than some other brands, but worth it to me.
Take one tablet daily, preferably with food. As with any supplement, if you are taking medication consult your doctor before use. Not formulated for children. Do not exceed recommended use.
