This is a great Vit. Supplement. What I love is the extra Fruit & Vegie additives included. It makes it easier for me. As a Sr., I often don't eat as well a balanced diet as I should. I would recommend these to any woman over 50. The only reason I did not give them 4 stars is the size of the tablet. I would recommend to the manufacturer that they cut the tablet to 1/2 the size, even if it means we have to take 2 a day instead of only 1.

Would not suggest anyone take this that has an allergy to shell fish. Discontinued use after 2 doses due to the allergic reaction to this Vitamin/Supplement!

I took these vitamins when I was visiting my daughter in Oakland. They were the regular One A Day for Women. They were great. I just love them. However, when I ordered for myself, I decided to order the Womens - Age 50+. They are super!!!!

I'm borderline anemic and have trouble swallowing so I only want to take one vitamin. Alive is great because it's one pill and gives me decent amount of energy without taking additional vitamins. I have thrown out all the other supplements I've tried in the past that never worked. I take it mid-morning with snack and it gets me through the afternoon (without additional caffeine).

I love the variety of natural blends that this vitamin contains. The only drawback is that the pills are large so they may be difficult for some folks to swallow. So far, that's not been a problem for me and I'm glad I only need to take them once a day. They're a little more expensive than some other brands, but worth it to me.
Take one tablet daily, preferably with food. As with any supplement, if you are taking medication consult your doctor before use. Not formulated for children. Do not exceed recommended use.
