Just about everything a person needs is included in this multi-vitamin and mineral product. I appreciate that they make this one without extra iron so that it does not upset my stomach. I take three of them in the morning which is the daily recommended dosage per adult. I don't ever plan to buy any other brand as long as these are available. This one product can easily replace several supplements once you read all the super healthy ingredients. I am a senior citizen, and I definitely believe this product would help any adult feel better when taken on a daily basis. VS Most Liked Negative Review This a fraud! I've taken prescription prenatal vitamins for years and these are the best non-prescription vitamins I've been able to find. I've used this product for a couple years and experienced improvements in overall health and verified by my lab test results. The pill is quite large--not a problem for me, but if you don't like big pills you should order the capsules of this product. You just have to take a larger quantity of the capsules to get the same dose.
