I swear by astragalus. Keeps me from having herpes outbreaks. If I do get one, I beef up my dosage and they go away pretty quickly. Outbreaks are slim to none when I am faithful and take it regularly. When I do get an outbreak, they aren't that severe. This is good stuff!
