A friend recommended this product to replace the Estroven. This product is cheaper and much more effective. I'm glad I tried it. It started working within three days.

Used Remifemin before and had good results in it lowering the "heat" of hot flashes. This is much cheaper and I thought I'd give it a try. Remifemin works much better and I have gone back to it.

I began using this product, this dosage, on the suggestion of my physician 14 years ago. Along with a couple of other herbals, this product has been helpful in reducing the side effects of menopause. I previously purchased the GNC brand...however it is no longer available. I have used this brand name with other supplements and I trust it. The dosage here was important as this has been the dosage that I have used these past years.

I wasted time with an off brand that wasn't working. Then I made the switch. What a difference! After a few weeks of 1 tablet/twice a day, I'm nearly hot flash free! The night sweats are much better as well.

I have had very good results using black cohosh. I was starting to have very frequent hot flashes - to the point of waking me up at night. I read black cohosh could help but that it might take several weeks. I was lucky though, I started to see/feel results after only a week - maybe it's just in my head, but hey I'll take the placebo effect since I certainly feel better.
