I am using this 3 times a day with fenugreek to increase breast milk production. Conservatively, it seems to have increased it by at least 30%. The only cons are that they are rather large & get stuck in my throat unless I eat a piece of cracker after taking it. The other con is that I do have to take it 3 times a day at 2 capsules each time. With an infant that doesn't like to sleep as well as my own sleep deprivation, it is hard to remember to take it or even to have the time to take it.
