I TRIED TO USE THE PRODUCT AS DIRECTED. TtHE PILLS ARE VERY LARGE AND HARD TO SWALLOW. TtHEY HAVE A HORRIBLE AFTER TASTE. UPSET MY STOMACH EVEN AFTER TAKING WITH FOOD.
