These big horse pills are putrid smelling and tasting, make me queasy all day (not morning sickness), and are not as good of a deal as you think, being that you have to take 4 of them per day to get the full dosage of vitamins. Iron content is off the chart, so expect constipation.
I will gladly pay more for a bottle of prenatals that taste better and don't make me feel horrible all day...
I suspect most of these five-star reviews are fake. Buyer beware.

I would not recommend this to anyone. I had to hold my breath to take these and had to take so many. When your pregnant, you need things that smell like they should and this smelled and tasted like fish,...gross.

This pill doesn't upset my stomach but it IS quite a nuisance to take. You have to take TWO pills twice a day and they are HUGE! The taste is bearable when I take them with orange juice or some other strong flavored drink. I don't think I would buy these again for the fact that I have to work on swallowing four of these things a day.

These are the worst prenatal vitamins I have ever purchased. The smell and taste is horrible. I hold my breath and chug a glass of water with them, but still end up with a bad taste in my mouth. I have not had problems with them causing stomach upset once I get them down, but I honestly do not think I am going to be able to continue taking them. Total waste of money for me....

Clearly the ingredient list is incomplete. There are many herbs listed on the supplement facts label that do not show up in the ingredient list (e.g. dandelion root, nettle stem). This product also contains DHA - from what source?? Usually, it is from fish oil, but the product does not say. I am a vegetarian and will not buy products containing fish oil - since the ingredient list obviously omits many ingredients, I would not buy these, since I can't tell what's in them. This is yet another example of how incredibly unregulated the supplement industry is.

If I could give zero stars, I would have. The vitamins come in large, hard pills. The type that studies have found in septic tanks (if you catch my drift) and are not coated with anything smooth to help. They are hell on the gag reflex, which doesn't need any assistance in my rough first trimester! There are omega fatty-acids in this product, evident by the strong fishy odor which they try to mask with a powerful mint odor. The result is a minty fish smell that you burp all day. These have actually MADE me throw up, which was actually a relief to stop smelling them. DO NOT buy this product. Get a gel-cap or liquid.

I have taken other prenatal vitamins and never had any taste issues. These taste and smell horrible. I do not know if I am going to be able to make it through the entire bottle but I hate to throw it away.

These vitamins are absolutely disgusting. I am too cheap to throw them away but it is tempting - I can't imagine making it through the bottle. Do NOT order these or you will regret it. I've tried lots of store bra pre-natals and prescription ones - these are by far the worst.

I did extensive research on prenatal vitamins prior to my first pregnancy and I opted for the Completia viatmins -- what a great choice! I had no problem with the size of the pills, and I found the smell to be pleasant. I took the pills with food to avoid problems with nausea. I would highly recommend these to any expectant mom.

I love that these contain not only all the vitamins and minerals needed, but also essential fatty acids (important for brain and spine deveolpment) and herbs that support pregnancy. Taking them 2-3 times per day is the best way to make sure you absorb the RDA and have a constant supply of vitamins and minerals. Wonderful product!
