My son takes these every day and we have noticed a nice improvement in his concentration. Part of that is probably due to maturity but I feel a large part is due to adding this to his daily routine. He does not eat a varied diet so this was missing.

My 7 year old son has Aspberger's and ADHD. A lot of the research I've read has found kids with these diagnoses often have low levels of fatting acids. We started these about a year ago and are very happy with them. They come in a child's dosage, are small pills, and seem to be very effective for him. If nothing else, it provides the nutrition he needs. Recommend!

How to take EFA Blend for Children:

Adults and children over 5: Take two softgels each morning and evening with food or a drink.
Children under 5: Take one softgel each morning and evening with food or a drink. These softgels can be cut open and the contents mixed with food or drink.

For the first 12 weeks: Double the recommended daily intake. These levels reflect research findings.
