It is an excellent conditioner and I've used it on my naturally curly hair in place of commercial hair products. It left my hair shiny, soft and frizz-free. No longer will I buy 30+ dollar salon curl creams that break me out when my hair touches my face! I don't need to worry about my hair touching my face anymore because I also use this as skin moisturizer, so I have beautiful hair and my face is clear! My husband used it and he has a scalp condition that we've gone to a dermatologist for prescriptions that didn't work. I used this on his hair and the dry scalp/flaking cleared up until he washed his hair again. We just keep reapplying and his scalp is healing for the first time in years. I love that this is chemical free and it makes me smell like a yummy candy bar! LOVE LOVE LOVE it and will buy it over and over again! I know it's a little pricey but once you realize how many uses it has it is SO worth it! Get the larger tub!

I use this coconut oil lots of ways. I use it for medium heat frying and sautéing. It tastes great for frying sweet potatoes. I add a spoonful into my oatmeal and my fruit smoothies. I've even used it in place of butter on steamed veggies.

I love that there's lots of ways to incorporate coconut oil into my diet with very little difference in taste in most cases. The cases where it did alter the taste, it was actually an improvement.

Can use in place of or in addition to butter or oil in many instances. Put it in smoothies and excellent in baked goods, too. Or even eat a spoonful by itself. No matter how you take it, it has tremendous health benefits. Would like to get in larger size, tho.

I got this product as a skin moisturizer, but now I also use it as hair conditioner.... just great, it leaves my hair shiny clean and NOT greasy at all!! My next step will be trying in salads or by itself (spoonful)

I no longer have to take the fish oil - which has a bad aftertaste.
Coconut oil also helps me loose weight.
