I use this as a daily moisturizer. I also use it to remove waterproof eye makeup. I used a spoon a scoop enough out to put in a small container. If the product is too hard to use I dip the container in some warm water. The product melts easily and can then be used as needed.

I use this oil to cook with all the time. It is also good for your health. I use it in rice and also stews. You can also use it for others things than cooking.

I use it in everything! Straight for a supplement, in cooking, in smoothies...and directly on skin for healing. There are over 100 uses for coconut oil, that I cannot begin to list all of them.

I used this to cook with and it's great to use even in an iron skillet! The coconut fragrance added to the environmental air is a plus! Also, used it with oregano oil to rub into my feet - i suffer with candida outbreaks under the skin. Those itchey bumps which eventually dry to reveal very sensitive patches of skin which crack and burn. This helps tremendously. Feels silky and cuts the strong aroma of the oregano (i guess it would work with tea tree also, but haven't tried it yet). Packaging & shipping were great also.

I know this is food grade coconut oil so seems more like a cooking product but it's the best body moisturizer I've found. I've tried really expensive ones and nothing gives me soft skin in the winter like this does. I would have expected it to be greasy after applying but it isn't. I apply it after drying off from the shower and it soaks in quickly, doesn;t leave greasy residue and leaves my skin really soft. And way cheaper than all the pricey moisturizers I've spent thousands on over the years!

I am not a huge cook and don't cook every day, but on the recommendations that I saw here for heart health I tried this coconut oil. I am very impressed! It dissolves quickly and easily, there is no bad aftertaste at all, and it smells good in the jar.

New studies have shown that one ounce of coconut oil added to diet daily have helped some Alzheimer's patients retain memory and enable them to function better in their daily activities! As an Alzheimer Nurse I am not sure if this product really works but am willing to try. Personel trainers add it to smoothies to increase energy levels. I am adding it to my daily diet myself. It can't hurt and might help!

I started using coconut oil after my baths as lotion for my entire body and now I don't use anything else. I like this size jar (used others before) but this is the best for putting your fingers in to get the product out. I have used in my hair also, but for the skin this is the best...highly recommend.
