I have had very bad periods my entire life. Two years ago, I was diagnosed with endometriosis. Taking time off for a hysterectomy wasn't an option, and I am pretty young to have the procedure. I decided to try herbal remedies, and have so far been pleased with the results. My cycles are much shorter (10+ days was just ridiculous!) The pain and cramping are two pegs down, (from a 7 to a 5), and aside from the monthly cost, I am very pleased with the results.

Ordered this product because I thought it would help with hot flashes, night sweats. Also, with the added benefit of soy, I thought it would be good for me health wise. Not so. I took the tablets for a while on a regular basis but it didn't seem to do anything for me.

A family member recommended this so I ordered a limited supply.
I was having quick and frequent onset hot flashes. I am not having them anymore or if I do, the intensity has reduced a great deal. I am still 'running hot' and am glad to see Fall in my sights, but this is helping.
You need to check and make sure that this isn't contraindicated with any of your other medications, but I have certainly found it is worth a try.
I do not believe that the placebo effect works with hot flashes - they come far too fast and without any thought or warning. So I am chalking up the vast improvement to this.
I also ordered Hair, Skin and Nails multi-vitamin as I hear that hair can thin, etc. I am trying to be preventative about this.

I've been taking this once a day with my evening medications and things like melatonin and I've noticed a definite diminishing of my hot flashes, even with all these 90+ degree temperatures that we've been having. I've tried lots of different drug combinations, and I don't know if it's just this specific manufacturer, but I'm going to continue to order this.

I take two a day with plenty of water. This does definitely assist with the night sweats, I find that I am sleeping much better through the night without waking up to a hormonal nightmare. Mood seems to be more consistent as well. I had tried the gels and patches that were prescribed and I must say that this falls just about where those did, but is safer and just as effective. The hot flashes never really go away, however, this does minimize them to some extent. Anything helps!

I was warned by a friend it might take a month to start working, but had fewer and less intense hot flashes by the second day. So far it has not helped the night sweats but I may try taking it twice a day. There are no directions on the package so the dosage isn't specified.

I've been using this for over a year and my 'power-surges' intensified (along with Dripping sweat!). Will my Flashes get worse without it? I'll find out soon enough!

Took a chance and tried this. Now I'm definitely reordering. The hot (and warm) flahes are gone. No more hourly surges and fanning while I'm in a meeting.

I am 52 and I was having horrible hot flashes/night sweats- I did not know the back of your knees could sweat! I went to my GYN and got a Rx for hormones but decided to try black cohash/soy and it has worked well. I have a full Rx in my drawer but have not taken the first pill. I shared the info with a coworker and she has had equal success. I wish I had tried this before I filled my perscription. It took about a week for the hot flashes/ night sweats to abate. I think it is certainly worth trying.
