I've only been taking this for a month and I'm truly amazed. I have a history of endometriosis and ovarian cysts which cause irregular periods and 3 weeks of severe pms. When I still didn't have my period at 40 days last month I decided to try this. Sure enough, 29 days later I woke up with my period. The only times I've ever had periods on time were when I was on birth control (which destroys me mentally) and immediately after laparoscopy to remove endometriosis. I'm convinced and I hope things continue this way!

I've been using vitex for a few months. My cycles used to range from 30-40 days and now without fail I start on the 28th or 29th day. The first month I didn't notice much difference in the amount of bleeding, but since then it has become lighter. Great Product!

Wow is all i have to say! i hav PCOS and the last period i got was 8 months ago and it took the prescription 10 days to work. I've been taking this for 3days and i already got my period, you can say wow now. I started taking this for infertility treatment, and though I have not become pregnant yet, I LOVE how it helps the menstrual cycle, I have virtually no cramping or PMS while taking this, and my cycles seem a bit lighter as well.

I learned from an endocrinologist that I make too much prolactin, which was inhibiting progesterone production, and this is what accounted for my intense breast tenderness 2 weeks out of 4 each month. Before taking his recommended Rx (with side effects), I've tried Femaprin for 2 months. No effect the first month but this second month I am breast-pain free for the first time in ages! I am keeping my fingers crossed that it's not a fluke. Will continue taking and update if the situation changes.

At the beginning I thought this would not work because I was not that big on herbs. My cycle was irregular and symptoms varied from month to month. After a month I was able to see the change in mood and tenderness. By the second month my cycle was regular. It's been 9 months and my cycle is still regular. A must try!
