Comments about Nature's Way Ginger Root 500 mg, Capsules, 180 ea: I once had Diverticulitis. Read where Ginger Root Supplement could help with that. Began taking Ginger Root and no longer have Diverticulitis. Although this sometimes does upset my stomach causing it to burn, not having Diverticulitis any longer far outweighs the occasional stomach upset. I highly recommend this product. Pros

Comments about Nature's Way Ginger Root 500 mg, Capsules, 180 ea: I researched this supplement quite awhile before purchasing it. It is important to me that Nature's Way is a reputable company and the product is made in the USA. Dr. Andrew Weil recommends ginger for the following: "Arthritis, bursitis; motion sickness, nausea; relief of chest congestion; it is a natural anti-inflammatory agent." Drugstore.com is the best source for supplements. No, I do not own stock in the web store, but that would be a terrific idea! Pros

Comments about Nature's Way Ginger Root 500 mg, Capsules, 180 ea: I use ginger for my joints. I had read that the people in China and Japan have used it for centuries for arthritis. How many people can THAT be? So I started using it about a year ago and slowly I started feeling better. Pros

Comments about Nature's Way Ginger Root 500 mg, Capsules, 180 ea: I initially started taking ginger around 1990 due to tendonitis; my doctor's nurse told me she took 3 caps a day for hers, and it never bothered her anymore. I also read in Dr. Andrew Weil's book where he recommended it for inflammation. It took about 6 weeks for me to notice any difference, but it definitely has taken away the pain from my elbow. When I'm out of it I can certainly tell within a few days. Another benefit is that I'm 75, and I never get indigestion, or motion sickness, and I'm thinking it is probably this product. I'll continue with it for the rest of my life, that's for sure! Pros
