I use this when I have an ear ache. I take one at night, because it makes me sleepy. Ear ache is gone the next day. I can't take to many because it thins my blood and I get to cold. Other than that I am so glad I found this product.

I read that grapefruit seed extract has antibiotic properties and I have been having a recurring sinus infection for months. I thought I would give this a try before going to the Dr and shelling out tons of cash for antibiotics. I took 1 pill three times a day for two weeks (that emptied the bottle) and my infection was gone! I can hardly believe how quickly it worked. Give it a try!
