I take this one in the morning and the same item but different brand that has other ingredients at night for joint mainly wrist pain and inflamation. I think the combination seems to help. But I also have tried some other joint meds and so perhaps it's the combination of all and switching them out after a week or two of one might also make a difference so I'm not developing adaptation to any one particular item. I don't think it adds anything to making my skin look younger or fresher or that sort of thing. And I've taken it before but with the combination of night and day with the combo one with MSM and other helpful meds for joints it does seem to help. Again there is no one pill or one size fits all. Not all joint pain is the same or caused by the same thing even if it's in the same joint. My wrist pain might not be arthritis but injury while anothers due to repetitive over load on muscles. So there is no one drug or herb that works the same on all people. I can't take a lot of over the counter pain meds. Been allergic to Tylenol for almost 30 years for example. Yet others find it is their go to drug of choice. I intend to use this for a while but will keep switching off and on with it and using a combination of different joint and inflamation aides so that I don't become immune to one or several so fast.

I have reordered several times. Both my husband and I use for joint pain relief. I do think it works, because when I discontinued for a short time, my knees became achy again and upon using again, the were better. Have used Glucosamine and have had better results with this. Also think it is good for skin- mine seems not as dry.Would recommend.

I purchased this to replace MSM I was taking for joint pain and stiffness. My doctor suggested that MSM might be contributing to persistent facial rash I was having. I decided to try Hydraplenish, knowing hyaluronic acid is hydrating to the skin and helps cushion the joints. I've been taking it for two months and it is working well! No knee pain or stiffness, even as the weather turns cold. The skin rash is 99 percent resolved which may be at least partially attributable to this product. And I love the noticeable plumping and internal hydration it provides to my mid-forties skin.

Started using this because I have problem skin on my face -- lack of moisture, not just dry. Although nothing cures the issue, this helps. Also helps with my knee joint and dry skin generally. Stopped taking it for two weeks and the difference was drastic. This is a natural product, has no side effects and is good for general joint health

Hydraplenish has me back on the road running 3-4 miles a day at 54 yrs old. I had stopped years ago because of knee pain, in particular, but over all joint and tendon pain in general. In the past 3 months since I started taking Hydraplenish, I have been able to resume my running (although not at any competitive level) and wake up pain free, spend all day on my feet (I am a chef) and not suffer the debilitating aches and pains that I have had to take large amounts of NSAIDS to releive. I no longer take NSAIDS. I swear by this product and it has truly changed my life.

I had terrible joint pain all over, my knees, ankles, hips, hands, shoulders, everywhere. I am not going to say that I am totally pain free, but I will say I am 85% pain free! I am so happy with this product and how much it has improved the quality of my life.

Took the more expensive alternatives from my health food store, with mediocre results, then found this product online and within a week my pain was going away and now it's gone altogether. I'm 68 and back walking and exersizing again and sleep all night with no pain. 60 caps for [$] bucks - hurt me hurt me.

Before I started using this medication I was taking pain pills several times a day for OA of both knees. Now I only need pain meds maybe once a day. I'm on my feet at work (hosp) a lot doing 12 hours shifts...this is a lifesaver!
