So I started taking this product and noticed an improvement the first day. Have been taking it a few weeks now and the effects continue to be good. It seems like an effective thyroid booster. I did have one empty capsule in the batch or else I would have added another star to my rating. Even though I increase my activity, my weight stays within the same 5 lbs year round. I have been taking these once a day for almost 4 wks and continued to eat less grains and am losing about 1 lb every ten days. Comments about Nature's Way Kelp 660mg with Iodine, 180 capsules: I ordered this with evening primrose oil because I suffer from very severe chronic breast pain and fibrous hard tissues and a cyst. I heard it could be an iodine deficiency or hormonal issues and that these help. I've been taking them daily for a few weeks but got results within a few days to a week. I have considerably less breast pain for the first time in almost 2 years. I feel a lot better thanks to this stuff. I also take fertility blend too because I'm tryin to conceive, so maybe some of the vitamins in those help as well.... Pros

Since I have been taking Kelp, I am energetic, notice a difference in my weight(I've lost a couple pounds so far), and I am not so tired any more. I can't think of anything that is not great about it. I sleep alot better now too. I am so thankful for this product. I will be ordering it more often. I also recommened it to my friends also.
