I take this when eating dairy as I am lactose intelorant. I tried to cut down the dosage and that did not go well. I had a slight tummy ache. Following the directions solved the problem!

I love this product and was sad that I couldn't find it on the shelves when I moved out of state. Then I came across drugstore.com and all was well again.

I'm lactose intolerant but I can enjoy pizza and cheese easily when I take these pills. Hope they stay on the market and expand...

This stuff works and is a better value than the name brand OTC pills. You can take this as you're drinking milk, eating ice cream etc. No wait time for it to work.
