I am missing 2 parathyroid glands and have to take very large amounts of calcium. Unfortunately, that causes rather severe constipation. I was not happy at first that this product contains magnesium oxide, but I figured I would try it. Oxide is usually hard on the stomach and can cause diarrhea. After the first couple of days, things settled down (with no stomach upset at all) and I have been using the product for nearly 5 months with great success and no ill effects. It keeps me regular and my magnesium levels are perfect (I have regular lab work done). Highly recommend for anyone with irregularity or who takes calcium for any reason. VS Most Liked Negative Review Average My doctor suggested I use a magnesium supplement. This one works fine, but the pill is very large, and not fun to take. Comments about Nature's Way Magnesium Citrate Complex, 500mg, Capsules, 100 ea: I have been taking two caps at bedtime for almost a year. I have never had a nighttime leg cramp unless I forgot to take them. Amazingly effective for me. Before this treatment, I often got painful cramps in my legs and feet at night. Pros Cons Best Uses
Comments about Nature's Way Magnesium Citrate Complex, 500mg, Capsules, 100 ea: I have mixed review on this product. I have gluten intolerance, IBS and intestinal issues, as well as Fibromyalgia. In general, Magnesium Citrate has been wonderful for me, for regularity and muscle issues. But after using this for a month, I made note that the first ingredient in this product is Maltodextrin. The problem is, Maltodextrin can be derived from corn, rice of potato, OR derived from wheat/ gluten. If I am reading the bottle right, it is unclear what form it is, so they need to clarify what type, and if this is gluten free or not. If it has gluten or wheat, there are other versions of Mag Citrate that will serve you better. Pros

Comments about Nature's Way Magnesium Citrate Complex, 500mg, Capsules, 100 ea: I have been taking this product about 9 months, two caps before bedtime with a glass of water. I have not suffered a night time leg cramp episode since I began. I am quite active, jogging, cycling, yoga, gardening and this had been a painful problem for me. I think I finally have the solution in these capsules. Pros Cons

Comments about Nature's Way Magnesium Citrate Complex, 500mg, Capsules, 100 ea: This product is listed as 500mg capsules/100 capsules in the bottle. This leads you to believe that this is a 100 serving bottle and that seems a good value for the price. On arrival, the bottle label says Serving Size is (2)Capsules, and a serving is 500mg. Therefore this bottle only gives you 50 servings of 250mg capsules, not 100 servings. Beware of what you're getting. You will have to take 2 of these to get 500mg. The capsule is almost the same size as the GNC 500mg Magnesium Oxide, but this one contains silica as a filler to make the capsule larger. They are only 250mg capsules. Waiting to see how well they work, but so far no issues with digestion. Pros

Comments about Nature's Way Magnesium Citrate Complex, 500mg, Capsules, 100 ea: Use with other vitimins! Comments about Nature's Way Magnesium Citrate Complex, 500mg, Capsules, 100 ea: I usually take mag citrate but don't see this listed anywhere on the ingredients list - an oversight? Perhaps. But the "complex" makes me wonder if the product is mixed with other forms of magnesium. Pros
