Tastes great! Don't mix it with water, I use skim milk and it tastes great. It does take a bit if you mix by hand so use the blender if you have time. I like to throw in a banana, peach, or other fruit to add to the shake. Leaves me feeling full. I just started and usually the first week on a new diet is the worse but I feel full and great. Hope to lose weight soon!

I picked this up from my local grocery store, they only had chocolate flavor. I have been using it for a week and so far i like it! I mix it with low fat milk and use a water bottle that measures ounces so i get just the right measurement and mix it up in that. I like the taste, though a bit sweet . It is definitely a satisfying shake, i feel full for hours. I have tried blending it with banana & Ice to make a frozen treat and it's very good that way. Worth the money in my opinion, great way to kickstart my weightloss!

I use this product in place of breakfast and lunch, or as 1 meal replacement on days I eat 2 meals. Unlike other meal replacement formulas, ingredients are natural (i.e., Stevia in place of sugar). Loaded with essential vitamins and minerals, high protein and low carb to boot!
I lost almost 30 pounds since Sept 2011 using this product exclusively (and as directed, of course). Instead of water or skim milk, I use Silk soy milk (the non-sweetened variety) and blend in acai powder and cinnamon for added antioxidant power. Delicious.

I've tried a fair amount of protein mixes, and this one is the only one that tastes good and is filling enough tide me through to lunch when I need it. With the others I was always hungry. It makes a thick, chocolatey drink and it tastes great mixed with unsweetened almond milk (I try to limit my sugar, I'm sure it would taste wonderful with the full-sugar kind too.) I've never tried it with water, so I can't vouch for it's taste or mix-ability with water. I've never had problems mixing it, but reading that others have I've always put a small amount of almond milk in a large glass, mixed in one scoop at a time vigorously with a fork, and then added the rest of the almond milk and mixed it up. Works just fine if you're too lazy to drag out the blender like me.

I use a couple different meal replacement products, but Metabolic Reset chocolate flavor is one of my favorite. It contains a very good amount of protein and has a good flavor (I mix mine with light soy milk). I also add some flaxseed and ice to make a thicker, more like a milkshake consistency. Only thing that would make this product five star is if they would add more fiber to the mix than is already present.

I love this product. I love chocolate and think it tastes great mixed with skim milk. Fills me up and curbs my appetite much longer than Slimfast. Cons: 1)it is a bit lumpy, doesn't bother me ,because it is chocolate lumps, but if you have texture issues it may bother you. 2) it's expensive

I am giving this a 5-star review because it does exactly what it is designed to do. Out of all of the things I have tried, this shake can really keep you full for 4+ hours. It has a great ratio of carbs, protein, and fiber without any artificial sweeteners that can make you feel bloated or give you a stomach ache. I will say it is not the best tasting thing in the world so here is my recommendation: Add a few scoops with some water and or milk/yogurt into a blender. Add a little bit of sugar free chocolate syrup and some ice and you are totally good to go. It may not blend perfectly but it is GREAT for someone looking to lose weight and not feel hungry all the time.
