This is very sad because I use to take these for YEARS, but no longer because they added ingredients that leave me with awful headaches, I also noticed that their Fisol has new ingredients too!! I guess they are trying to save money, but they lost me as a buyer!!:(

I bought this product because of a sore joint (having been sore for 4 months), hoping it would help. Well, I received my MSM and took one right away. In less that an hour I had a slight headache, so I drank more water. The headache subsided and I went about my day. Honestly, in less than 6 hours the pain was GONE. I thought it would at least take a week or so, but it was almost instant. I also awoke the next day free of stiffness and with more energy than usual. I can't speak for everyone, but thus far, it is working for me!!! Couldn't be happier with it. I have told EVERYONE who will listen about this product....will buy again soon.

I have oisteo-arth and this seems to help better than the glucosim products, taking 4 a day is what was advised..

I bought this product b/c I have began to have nasty popping and squishy sounds in my knees every time I had to bend down. I've been taking it for close to a month and my knees are quiet a bit better and even my nails seem to look better and grow faster! MSM is now a must in my vitamin routine!

I started taking this product years ago after a recommendation from my Dr. for FMS. It took 3 wks to work and the changes in my muscle pain was fantastic. I always keep a good supply on hand as my son informed me that it only takes 3 days to stop working with FMS.

I started taking MSM years ago after my mother recommended it to me. I don't take it for the benefits the package describes; I take it because it makes my hair and nails grow superfast. Nothing else I have tried has ever done as well; not even supplements specifically formulated for hair and nails. I take 2000 mg every morning. I have also heard that taking MSM before consuming alcohol will help prevent a hangover, but I cannot attest to that one.
