Comments about Nature's Way MygraFew, Standardized Feverfew Extract, 90 tablets:
I take this daily to help reduce the frequency of my migraines and the intensity when I get them. This is not a rescue medication; it won't help a migraine in-progress go away. It's a preventative suppliment; taking it daily can lower the number of migraines you get.
Be patient. It takes about 3 weeks to really build up in your system. Feverfew has been studied in the UK and shown to be beneficial with continued use.
I like this brand best because the tablets are TINY. Other brands are more like gelcaps and can get stuck going down, causing heartburn. These go down easily and don't leave any aftertaste.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
